- 5 years of a travel team competing in the Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association (NCJLA), each with a progressive increase in participants.
- Awarded a Governor’s Commendation in 2002 for community outreach.
- Provided after school lacrosse free play for 100 elementary school girls and boys.
- Founding member of national BRIDGE Initiative from US Lacrosse, supporting growth of the game in non-traditional areas.
- Provide character education and LIFE skills building.
- Conduct annual fall introductory clinics.
- 2 coaches and 2 parent coaches received USL National Coach of the Year honor from 2002-2005.
- Provide annual scholarships and transportation to summer lacrosse camps for 20 children.
- Provide an outlet and support for program alumni to continue with lacrosse in high school through the City Lacrosse Club Team.
- Exposing “the city to lacrosse” and “lacrosse to the city” via involvement in suburban summer camps, US Lacrosse Youth Festival, the Vail Lacrosse Tournament, City Lacrosse, and by having neighborhood parent coaches working in conjunction with post-collegiate coaches
