Andrew McDonald is currently pursuing his MBA from UC Berkeley. Andrew received a BA in Economics and History from Williams College in 1994. While at Williams College, Andrew was an All-American goalie in 1994.

After graduation from Williams, Andrew worked for three years in Boston as a business strategy consultant with Braxton Associates and SRI Consulting. Most recently he was a Senior Manager in the Strategic Services Group at the software company BroadVision, where he was employed for nearly four years.

Andrew's other lacrosse experience includes high school All-American honors in 1990 and several positions coaching summer camps over the last decade. Andrew is a current member of the Northern California Club Lacrosse Association as an Olympic Club team member, where he has played since 1998.

Andrew volunteered as a tutor and coach at Visitacion Valley Elementary from 1999-2001 through the San Francisco based non-profit program called R.O.C.K. (Real Options for City Kids). Andrew also volunteers and fundraises for the San Francisco Food Bank and Rebuilding Together (formerly Christmas in April), with whom he has participated since 1998.
